Movie Favorites; White: The Melody of the Curse

Few days ago, my sister and I started to have a movie marathon including Korean horror movies and yesterday, we picked White: The Melody of the Curse starting Ham Eunjong of a girl band in Korea, T-ara.  I was fascinated by the story of the movie especially it’s related to kpop groups since kpop is really famous nowadays in the music industry. Actually, I want to recommend this movie to all folks who like kpop and horrendous things. If you haven’t watched the movie yet, here are some warm-up facts about White: The Melody of The Curse.

According to Wikipedia, White: The Melody of the Curse is about a girl group named Pink Dolls who become famous after remaking a song from a strange tape they find in their studio. With the rise in popularity, the girls find themselves becoming resentful and haunted by their desire for the chance to be promoted as the lead group member. The dynamics between the girls in the group shift dramatically as one by one, they become the 'main' and are affected by a curse. However, they are so driven to obtain the lead role in the song that they become blind to the horrible effects that it brings about. As a series of unexplainable and gruesome events begins to unravel, Eun-Joo must attempt to unmask the dark origins that sparked the issue in order to save her life, before she becomes the 'main'.

Sujuism (Being Crazy About Super Junior)

Super Junior, a KPOP boy band consisting of thirteen members is a group who spreads out fame easily with a blink of an eye in the different countries all over the world. With the help of their fandom Ever Lasting Friends or ELFs, Super Junior shone brightly in the music industry.  With cute, talented, funny and sweet thirteen guys, we can’t deny that no girl can’t resist loving them.  That’s why girls at different ages have a traumatic disease called Sujuism. Here are some facts about Sujuism.

Sujuism started when the boy band Super Junior debuted in November 6, 2005 guided by Lee Soo Man of Sm Entertainment in South Korea. When girls had gone crazy about them and they formed their own fandom, the company called them ELFs or Ever Lasting Friend and whenever they see Super Junior, they’d be going wild and they’d go too much crazy and later on, they called themselves Sujuism ELFs.
Philippine ELFs had gone wild in the shooting of a "Kyochon Commercial" where Siwon, Eunhyuk and Kyuhyun (members of Super Junior)  were the lead endorsers of the advertisement.

Sujuism includes a person who’s really crazy about Super Junior. You’ll see her room filled with Super Junior, gadgets filled with Super Junior and other things that she has filled with Super Junior. She’ll do everything for Super Junior, She believes in Super Junior, She protects Super Junior, She’s a family member of Super Junior and she swore her heart to Super Junior.  These are the signs of Sujuism.

Here are some examples of Sujuism

All of us ELF’s know that not everyone likes Super Junior and all about them but then we believe in the love and care that every ELF share with each other and with Super Junior. We might not understand what they truly say in their songs but we can do efforts just like searching for subtitles for us to understand them. Members of Super Junior might not know us all but we believe that in the right time, we’ll be gathered all together as one family. That’s one important sign of Sujuism, you believe and you promise to believe and love forever with ELFs and Super Junior.

That’s all with Sujuism. Just remember Sujuism is all about Super Junior, Ever Lasting Friends, Suju’s Family and being crazy about all of it.  I don’t mind being called one who has Sujuism because I love Super Junior.
